Set on 137 acres in the heart of Edna Valley, Cavalli Estates is a private world of luxury residences, celebrated weddings, a flourishing lavender farm, and a beloved animal sanctuary. Founded in 2021 by long-time San Luis Obispo residents Gio & Lisa Coglitore, it was built for one thing above all, bringing people together.
