The Lavender Farm
Warmed by gentle sunshine and teased by ocean breezes, Cavalli Lavender is happily grown in the Edna Valley of San Luis Obispo. The mild climate brings a bountiful harvest of organically grown lavender, a delight for all the senses.
Endless Fields of Beauty
With 15 acres and 17 unique lavender varieties, Cavalli offers a fragrant escape for every lavender lover. From the pure elegance of white lavender to culinary varieties like Melissa, a white hue with a hint of pink, there's something to captivate every sense.
Owned & Run by Locals
Cavalli was founded in 2021 by Gio & Lisa Coglitore, long-time residents of San Luis Obispo who fell in love with the light and the land of Edna Valley. What began as a few rows of lavender has grown into a working farm, and, more than that, a place built for people to gather, wander, and slow down together.
Every bundle, posy, and jar carries the care of the hands that grew it. Come meet the people behind the fields.
Open Farm Days
Each summer, Cavalli opens its fields for Open Farm Days in partnership with Farmstead ED. Wander the flowering rows, gather your own bundles, and spend an unhurried afternoon among the lavender. Dates for the next Open Farm Days to be confirmed
